We’re going to post videos later today from last night’s festivities downtown.

Online Editor Keith Whamond and I streamed video live from a pre-festival CityCenter get together yesterday. It was the first time we’ve tried something like that — we were literally learning as we were broadcasting.

We had oodles of trouble getting our audio feed to work, but we heard we managed to get about 30 minutes of live broadcasting out of the event, I’m told.

Thanks to Andrea Gartner at CityCenter, Agostinho “Auggie” Ribeiro and the various city officials that took the time to chat with us on camera.

We’ll post some that video today, along with footage from The Palace last night and a Q&A with the director of “Flyboys,” which, by the way, was a big hit with last night’s audience at The Palace.
