Yes, I’m a reporter at a small paper writing a blog in a little-seen corner of the Blogosphere, but that doesn’t seem to assauage my hatred of “personality-driven news.”

But I suppose the public prefers sarcastic/screaming talking heads who spout the viewer’s political opinion right back at them — and calls it news.
